IT, Tax Officer and Corporate Strategy

PT. Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia (Persero) is a State-owned enterprise established in 1973, with owned by  the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Finance. Currently, PT Bahana Pembinaan Usaha Indonesia opened the bidding to fill the position:

IT – Business Analyst (ITBA)
·    Min. S1 Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
·    Min. 3 years working experience as Business Analyst or IT Project Management in Financial Institusion
·    Strong understanding in SDLC
·    Excelent in IT Project Management
·    Good command in English both oral and written
·    Understanding SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
·    Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
·    Able to work as team
·    Proactive and high initiative
·    Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
·    Adaptive and fast learner

Tax Officer (TO)
·    Min. S1 Degree in Accounting
·    Min. 3 years working experience as an tax Counsaltant office in financial institution
·    Preferable possess Brevet A & B
·    Strong knowledge and good andrestanding about tax regulation
·    Good command in English both oral and written
·    Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
·    Able to work as team
·    Proactive and high initiative
·    Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
·    Adaptive and fast learner
·    Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)

Corporate Strategy (CSM)
·    Min. S1 Degree in Accounting
·    Have experience as Manager in strategic Management Office or Change Management Consultant
·    Strong knowledge and good andrestanding about Ballance Score Card (BSC)
·    Good facilitation skill
·    Good command in English both oral and written
·    Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
·    Able to work as team
·    Proactive and high initiative
·    Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
·    Adaptive and fast learner
·    Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)
